The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Water pressure may be lighter at first but evens out and works ok. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views.

Dolores, CO is located on the banks of McPhee Lake, 2nd largest lake in Colorado. Our house has recently updated interior, freshly painted inside and outside. Very cozy, comfortable and appealing. Grass lawns front and back with a brand new 8'x16' deck at the back door. The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Abundance of NF, bike trails, big game hunting!

Are you looking to relax by the firepit, have some meals outside and chance to see deer, fox, listen to the birds chirp? Lone Cone cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months.
