Ideal for a couple and a child or another adult (sofa bed). Lover of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom picking. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

My house is close to a small village, it is ideally located to discover all the beauty of our department (Waterfalls, mountains, villages, castles, rivers, visits and walks, cheeses). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and amenities of the house. A private courtyard is there to enjoy the outdoors. Charming peaceful maisonette in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. It has a chill-out area with Jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200 m from the accommodation and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

The Little Wooden Cabin

Opt for a return to basics in our cabin in the undergrowth, with its pretty terrace facing the setting sun, it will surprise you with its comfort and its intimacy borrowed from sweetness. Equipped with a double bed, a single bed in the mezzanine, dry toilets and a comfortable bathroom, it will charm you. Breakfast will be carefully prepared for a pleasant awakening!
