(2 Haltestellen PH Ludwigsburg und 27 Minuten bis Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof). Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind hell und geräumig und werden derzeit noch möbliert. Außerdem befindet sich die Küche im Einbau und sie ist bis Jahresende 2025 komplett. Der Eingang ist separat in einen kleinen Flur bzw. Garderobe.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
