Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool.

Many hiking trails in the forest. 10 minutes from Dinan, 25 minutes from the sea and the Rance, 45 minutes from Mont St Michel, Rennes or Brocéliande...

Ideally located in Plélan le Petit 10 minutes from Dinan, come and discover this charming little cottage, ideal for an pleasant romantic stay It has a living room with kitchenette, upstairs,one bedroom with a bed of 160 and a bathroom with a large shower. 100m from the cottage you will have access to the heated swimming pool area all year round, with jacuzzi and sauna (common area with our other 2 rentals), freely accessible from 10am to 9pm

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!
