In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Agàpe Ortigia

Agàpe Ortigia is an accommodation created with Love in the magical island of Ortigia, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the major sites of interest. The independent room is large and spacious, has a double bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee corner, but the peculiarity of this accommodation apart from the furnishings is the bathroom which, in addition to having the main amenities, offers a large sunken tub where you can relax.

The residence has indipendent access and a large veranda, 2 deckchairs. It is perfect for two adults but it is possible to host a camp bed. It is possible to rent bikes and SUP. It's a very relaxing place with a mediterranean charm at only 1 minute walk from the Sea.
