Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and walks, Langrolay-sur-Rance is a small village with a unique charm where hikers can discover an unspoiled environment around the Rance estuary. Your little pied-à-terre is very comfortable and you will not want for anything. You're close to Brittany's most beautiful beaches, don't forget your swimsuits!
