You will stay on the second floor of our house in a fully equipped, self-contained space, with terrace, and surrounded by a large south-facing garden. Located just outside Dinard, our accommodation will allow you to be close to the beaches of Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Enogat, Dinard as well as the main roads that serve our beautiful region for more distant visits or for work.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

I suggest you drop your luggage in a new 45 m2 apartment, located 1 km from the Prieuré beach in Dinard. In a quiet building, on the 3rd and top floor, with elevator and balcony, its proximity to the greenway will allow you to enjoy the 3 bikes available, one of which is equipped with a baby seat. A parking space in the basement will accommodate your vehicle safely during your stay. On request: electric vehicle socket, extra charge of €10/day.

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a lovely seaside resort, an enclosed garden with arbor, deckchairs, barbecue. A recent and comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, the kitchen is recent and equipped, large brand new bathroom with shower, private parking, bicycles available. (In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)
