Monthly Rentals in Plimmiri

We had a wonderful 11 days in Villa Cathrin. The proximity to the sea is fantastic, the complex offers many possibilities to make the holidays varied (table tennis, all kinds of sand toys, board games, billiards). We had complete peace and enjoyed the seclusion. The welcome was so warm - thank you very much again for that. Please note: A car is absolutely necessary, because the villa is very secluded. Unfortunately, there were also too few towels for us. So, it's better to bring a few more. The accommodation is already a bit outdated. The pool pump is very loud at night, so the windows often had to be closed. This may be a problem in the height of summer. However, these points did not weaken our positive experience and we would come back at any time. Highly recommended!

We liked our stay here very much. If you like the quiet, this is the place to stay. As already mentioned before, we also had the beach, which is right in front of the house, almost to ourselves. The house is very nice and Stelios and his wife were very welcoming. We would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful time staying in Lachania and at Casa Carma III. It was exactly what we were looking for—privacy, an authentic village atmosphere, and all the comforts of home. The villa was amazing, and we especially loved spending time by the pool. The welcome book was incredibly helpful, we took suggestion to try Yara Yachting, which was fantastic. A big thank to Despina as well for all her help. We would absolutely love to come back again.

The listing is as described in the pictures. Elli can be reached within seconds. The location is already quiet, but you depend on a rental car and need at least 40 minutes to said beaches. I can still recommend the property to everyone. There is also a big plus for the flexible check-in and check-out time. If you have a sensitive sleep, you need earplugs, in the accommodation there is a shy little gecko in which you like to radau at night but save you from insects, which get into the house despite the great screens.
