Veselko could not have been a better host. His place is what an Airbnb should be. Literally everything you would want is provided, right down to coal and lighters for the BBQ. The views are breath-taking, instantly relaxing you. This home is super clean and Veselko could not have been more accommodating with tips on local places to eat. It was our first time to Croatia which was beautiful, wonderful scenery and friendly people. This home from home will not disappoint. Leaving to come home was the hardest part of our trip.

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

Ivica is a great host, super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The airbnb had a beautiful garden and a great bathroom, and had a very traditional homely feel to it! It had enough space for 5 of us and had everything we needed. It was just a 15-20 min walk to old town or the marina and had a little beach very near by. Ivica let us leave our luggage as we explored the city when our flight wad not at convenient times which was amazing. Would love to come back!

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

All of the positive comments in previous reviews are spot on. This is great place to stay, spotlessly clean and all exactly as described in the listing. Mihaela was very responsive to messages throughout and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. All of our group agree that this was a great find, probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in and would love to come again and explore more of the area.

Antonija was a great host in many ways. Her home was fantastic. We have stayed in Airbnb's in many places and I think her house takes one of the top spots! It was beautiful, comfortable, completely stocked with all you need with a very spacious lay out and was lovingly cared for. We were 5 adults. We all had a private bedroom/bathroom and no one had to draw the short straw. All were equally comfortable with a private balcony. The bedrooms were furnished with guests in mind with exceptional lighting, comfortable beds, nice linens, closet space with hangers and drawers. A large sectional took the prize in the main area. The outdoor space was equally comfortable and beautiful with a full kitchen/pool area. The weather was unsettled but we still were able to use the outside features a bit. Even the pool was spotless. Antonija was very helpful in suggesting places to dine, taxi and adventures. She was able to secure a reservation for us when needed. It is helpful to have a car though.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Beautiful house in arguably the best location on the harbour in Šipanska Luka. Great accommodation with fantastic quality bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and wonderful views from the balcony. The village is gorgeous, very relaxed and authentic with lovely beaches and restaurants. We hope to be back one day!

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Die Unterkunft bei Peta war einfach großartig! Das Haus und der Pool waren hervorragend – alles war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Altstadt war mit Uber in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar. Petra hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alle wichtigen Details erklärt. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ein Supermarkt war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented, and I travel quite a bit. We had a group of 4 couples. The home is bursting with charm. The large dining tables inside and out were perfect for our group. The wine cellar/lounge was so unique and inviting. The outdoor space could not have been more perfect from the large pool, to the spa and sauna. And Amila was so responsive and willing to make our stay perfect. The town of Cavtat was the best hidden gem of our 3 week tour of Croatia. And, it’s just a short Uber trip to get there.

We stayed as a group of 8 and had an amazing 3 nights. The Villa is beautiful and met our needs. Dubrovnik is a short taxi or Uber ride away. We didn’t explore close to the villa but the host arranged grocery’s for us on arrival. There’s a beach (Štikovica) with a nice taverna 5 minutes drive away. The host was always on hand to answer any questions and was there to check us in and wave us off. Thanks again :-)

A really nice property overall. Very clean. Good facilities and top spec equipment. Everything you need is there and thought about. Beds really nice and comfy. House has loads of sunlight. Really nice manager who communicated well and looked after us. Some nice restaurants within 5 min drive. So much cheaper than Dubrovnik. Border was ok but on way in took 2 of us about 45mins to get thru. There is a bit of a rush out of Croatia after 4pm as people head back into Bosnia after work. Other times it was less than 10 mins. We didn’t feel need to visit Dubrovnik more than once as villa was so nice. Would recommend this place and we will go back one day!

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

Just got back from eleven days, the villa is amazing , Ilija& Maria arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and greeted us when we arrived, we were lucky to be able to get into the villa early (but understand this is not always possible). The fridge was stocked with lots of lovely things so we didn’t have to got to the supermarket straight away and we could enjoy the pool & lovely comfy sunbeds , the villa has everything you need there are lots of little extra touches that make your holiday special. It is a 40 minute walk down into Cavtat but it is well worth with lots of lovely restaurants & cafe bars, we got an uber back varying from 5- 8 euros. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Such a lovely accommodation and in an ideal position with stunning views across the bay. The location is great for exploring both Dubrovnik and the coast, we also drove to Bosnia & Herzegovina for the day. Maro was very responsive and sent through some great guidance on the property.

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.

Best and cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in my life. It’s remarkable, we walk barefoot in the house and there is no dust. Friendly and helpful host, a surprisingly good restaurant nearby.

I have been using airbnb for over a decade and this is the best house we ever had. Everything was new and from the highest quality and the views are to die for. Ivo is an outstanding host, friendly and quick to respond and solve any problem thrown at him. I would fully recommend this house without any hesitation .
