I offer it for rent for a few periods, thanks to my amazing co-host Tetyana, who will take care of welcoming you. My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).

This new single-storey house welcomes you to Combrit Ste-Marine, a typical village bordered by the Odet River and its coasts offering breathtaking ocean views. South-facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests. The garage is also accessible if necessary, especially for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes. Fully fenced lot, but does not have a gate.

Halfway between Pont l'Abbé and Loctudy, direct access to the GR34 for walks and hikes, 5 minutes from the beaches and 2 steps from the Rosquerno equestrian center.

Ar Bod, mini house close to the ocean

Small house lovingly renovated. It was before a boat garage, sheltered from the winter storms. Hence its name Ar Bod or the Breton shelter. It now hosts friends, artists, and transient travelers. Not overlooked and close to the coast, it is an ideal cocoon to enjoy a few days in the Pays Bigouden and sleep under the stars. Accessible without a car via train and bus from Quimper train station. close to major roads to reach the most beautiful destinations in South Finistère: Less than 15 minutes by car: beaches, ports, water sports or simply walks in Bénodet, Ile-Tudy, Loctudy, Penmarch', La Torche, Le Guilvinec... Nearby, within a 1.5 km radius: supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool, body of water for walks and fishing. The rooms are quite spacious and bright and the garden faces south and west.
