We were here 10 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We will surely come back at some point and will only leave here with difficulty. A little piece of heaven on earth.

We spent four days in Caroline's very nice studio! The view of the beach is very relaxing, easy access to the beach because it's at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

We would recommend this little gem! Very nice apartment with terrace, comfortable and furnished with taste and simplicity by Sophie, our warm and discreet host. A stone's throw from the beach, in a quiet area and at the same time so close to Saint-Malo and the Rance.

An exceptional place!! We had a wonderful weekend, the view is splendid, a real favorite... Lots of walks nearby, nice neighborhood, intra just next door... Nathalie's welcome is also great! We had a wonderful stay at Karine’s! The place is beautiful and close to the waterfront. A lovely flat where you can feel quickly at home, with everything you need provided.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's small but well laid out. The neighborhood is quiet . It's easy and nice to walk to the inta-muros. The entrance to the apartment is through a lockbox, but Isabelle cares about whether everything is going smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint Malo.

I don't usually give 5 starts in every category, but Francoise's place deserves it, and so does she. The perfect place - clean, easy to get to, great location -, with the perfect host - kind, friendly, helpful. The whole experience would be difficult to improve! Many thanks.

The area is very nice, 20 minutes by car and full of places to discover, accessible by stroller and bike for children. We recommend it for families with young children. Little thing we would have liked to know: the stairs are "easy" so a child can use them. Toys for children of all ages. Difficulty with the bz we gave up but it must be my fault. Ideally bring an extra cleaning kit (sponges, toilet roll, spray, etc.). We didn't dare use the spices and other things in the cupboard, maybe indicate this for the next guests?

The stay at Patricia's place was perfect. The house is very well cared for, clean and with all the comforts. The location is great for reaching cultural and naturalistic places of interest. The quiet location area and easy to access. Patricia is really an excellent host and we will be happy to see you again on your next vacation in Brittany!

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I would recommend it!

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children ☺️

We had a lovely holiday in St Suliac, everything just as described and house very clean. Area is spectacular, beautiful coastal walks and nice towns.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
