100 m from the sea (and at the foot of the GR34), detached house and south-facing terraces. Enclosed exterior mixing stream, greenery and a gravel courtyard. The 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) is upstairs (accessible via a library staircase). A simple house: its luxury? Its location!
