Listing as described. It is nice, clean and well located at the gateway to Paimpol city center. Perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. We had a lovely stay with the family.

We had a wonderful short stay (alas) at Alain's, with our family with our children. The environment of the house is amazing, in the middle of the forest but 5 minutes from a beautiful beach on foot; an end of the world impression but 5-10 minutes by car from Ploubazlanec and different shops and restaurants, Paimpol is also very close, as well as the pier for the island of Brehat. The instructions for finding the place were very clear. The house with its large floor-to-ceiling windows is very nice, the bathroom may be a little rustic but we didn't mind... the luxury is elsewhere... and especially in the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Launay! A very exotic and soothing place. We're hoping to come back!

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

The house is very nice, very clean and everything is as shown in the pictures. The location is very good, you can reach the sea in a few minutes and can take many excursions in the area. Sylvie is a very friendly hostess, who we could always reach well. We spent a very nice vacation in Sylvie's house.

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is superbly located, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. We left with a heavy heart, but we will certainly come back. 🥰🥰

Great welcome from Valerie! Small peaceful outbuilding and East facing for a very pleasant aperitif and dinner in the sun. Impeccable accommodation, super equipped kitchen, large comfortable bed. We were able to taste the salad from our hosts' garden, thank you for adding a little greenery to our sausage! Go there without a second thought 😉

A magnificent and modern house with warm and spacious areas. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. Proximity to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. Caring, concerned about what she offers to guests, don't hesitate to book!!!!

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a great time at Marie and Julien's place. The house is very pleasant to live in, the beach is a stone's throw away and there are several walks within a radius of a few kilometers. Our hosts were very responsive and had good tips:)

House perfect for a stay for families or friends. Very quiet area, not overlooked, with a perfectly exposed terrace, and 5 minutes from the beach (sand).

Straightforward email contact with Laura. The house is very tastefully decorated and superbly equipped. Direct access to the GR34 for great hikes. Good starting point for excursions to Cap Fréhel, St. Malo, etc. which was great for us. The property is enclosed, so you can let the dog run free without any problems The beaches are quite rocky, which was not so good for the dog. Place is highly recommended

Very nice cabin! Matches the description! And the host is very precise about the details of the welcome, which allowed us to be very independent! Only downside, the bar next door is quite noisy...
