Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a dressing room. A crib and high chair are available. At the back of the house you will find a 70 m2 terrace overlooking an enclosed garden with a lawn. Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
