La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

It's a lovely house on a beautiful plot, located in a quiet area in the countryside, not overlooked and with no neighbors :-) Single-story, bright, and very simple for a peaceful stay in the heart of Brittany. 🐓 The hens will give you fresh eggs, the cat will come for a few hugs. 🛁 Note: The bathroom is equipped with a hoof tub, and a dry toilet – the countryside spirit in all its authenticity.
