The studio, air-conditioned for your comfort (reversible air-to-air heat pump), is a small, cozy space of just over 20 m² in total, out of sight, with an open area of ~15 m² with everything you need for a pleasant stay by the sea.

At the bottom of the enclosed garden you will have direct access to the sea through a charming little pebble cove. The house is 500 m from the small port of Pors Poulhan in Plozevet in Pays Bigouden. It is ideally placed for multiple hikes including the coastal trails by the GR 34. Pretty sandy beaches are close to the cottage including Gored 400 m away, Gwendrez 2 km away.

Ti Forn – The bread ovens of Rosconnec

The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The landscape changes with the tides.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

In a small Breton village of Finistère, minutes away from several beaches, this small family house awaits you. 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, and... a big garden for sunbathing, grilling, reading... The House is located near the sea. The Port of Pors Poulhan is a 10 min walk with its small cafe and terrace. It is in a small cul-de-sac to be quiet during your vacation. The town of Plozévet is 3 km away by car. There are small shops here: Bakery, Butcher, Fishmonger, Pharmacy as well as a medium surface area and a tourist office. The municipality of Audierne is a 15-minute drive away. There is a market on Saturday morning.
