Meridith’s place was a wonderful getaway for us, our friends, and our small infant. Cozy, well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking, Roku tv for streaming, pack and play and high chair for our infant. Couldn’t ask for more! Meridith was a very proactive, friendly, and accommodating host.

We had the most amazing stay at this Donner Lake/Truckee gem! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip—plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even ping pong and a hot tub. for the. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Truckee and all the outdoor adventures. We went hiking, shopping, and spent the day at West End Beach which is a 10 min drive . The hosts were super kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for families, people with pets (we brought our dog), or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas. We can’t wait to come back!

It’s a lovely house with an N64 and a pool table, I would recommend booking directly on the website personally.

What a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. The house is spacious and has many toys and board games. We went during the tail end of winter, as described, there was a slope in the backyard where we were able to sled from it! Hopefully we can go back to it again next winter!

Our family of 4 has a great peaceful stay at Suzanne's home. We like staying in Tahoe Donner when possible and Suzanne's home was the a great option. She was accomodating to our request before arrival and communicated quickly with questions during our stay. The kids loved discovering the kids rocking chair, sleds, baby books and DVDs! We wished we could have stayed longer. thank you for the hospitality

This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

We loved staying at Kate’s place! It was so cozy and close to so many fun hikes. She was a great host and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Perfect home for our golf trip. Amenities were as listed. Kitchen was stocked. Host was quick to response. Everyone in our group was impressed and wants to come back. We plan to come back again next year.

Another great stay, David; although too short! We had some business to take care of, but we didn't plan enough time to finish our agenda. Our third party member ended up changing his plans and added three other family members, so it was only two of us at the cabin as he made other lodging arrangements. Amanda is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with. She is amazing and ridiculously responsive-from buying fans to stave off spring bugs that I was concerned about, fresh flowers, chocolate, cookies and a sweet note on our arrival, tennis racquets for the local club, beach towels, toys for the kids…..she even researched recipes when I was confused how to cook on the griddle and knowing that we might be washing sheets, left us spare sheets. I could go on and on and on but I am going to run out of characters. Suffice to say, you will be pampered in a beautiful house when you stay here. The perfect 5 star rating is well deserved. Thanks for sharing your stunning home.

We were a group of 5 college friends in the area for a wedding and we felt like we lucked out with this peaceful and cozy place! The house was well appointed in general and the kitchen was completely stocked. The stream was a little too cold for us to enjoy the swimming hole but in the summer, it would be a must! Ember and her family were extremely helpful and friendly as were their two beautiful Golden Retrievers!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The view is incredible, it’s peaceful and quiet as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful getaway.

My stay at Ava’s Air BNB was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made my visit extra special. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything I needed. Ava was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be returning in the future!

WOW! We had a great time at Hannah's river house. Location, location, location. The "back yard" is an absolutely GORGEOUS river with a lovely deep pool suitable for swimming. We spent two days hanging out back there relaxing and it was heaven. As for the house itself, Everything was very clean, neat and in good repair. We used the washer and dryer several times and they worked perfectly. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. And there were plenty of other amenities provided such as beach towels, sun umbrella, and lawn chairs to use down by the water. We had terrific communication with Hannah. She is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We're already planning a return trip to stay at this house!

The Red Ledge Cabin was a great place to stay. The deck has an awesome view of the river gorge and the river was absolutely raging this time of year. The cabin was spacious. The host had plenty of entertainment built in to the experience with board games, streaming services, etc. The cookware provided was really nice and we had everything we needed to make nice meals. The JBL party speaker was a welcome companion in the kitchen as well. We didn’t have the chance to use the sauna but it was really clean and looked like it would have been lovely. No complaints, 5-stars!

What an absolute gem! The house is nestled right at the edge of town, surrounded by trees, with the sound of the creek nearby and mountain views that made every morning wonderfull. The interior is newly renovated and super cosy, it had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to great Wi-Fi and comfy beds. Christal was a fantastic host, everything was seamless and thoughtfully arranged. Can’t recommend this place enough if you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

The house and property were very private, yet extremely close to the Chalet where we attended a wedding. Lots of room and activities for everyone in our family including grade school children. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, play games, chat, etc. It was a perfect property for our weekend with the extended family. The house and kitchen was well supplied and stocked with every amenity we could ask for. I would consider renting it again next year for another family get together.

Melissa’s place is beautiful and clean. Definitely looks like a dream cabin, that was thoughtfully & beautifully designed. The deck surrounded by trees was nice & so peaceful. The kids loved the kids area upstairs. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. Melissa was also very responsive and so friendly & positive! Thank you Melissa!

Beautiful home and views! Came here for a family wedding. The town is very small and not many things are open at this time of year but the home itself was well-equipped with the kitchen essentials etc. We had a fun time roasting marshmallows outside under the stars!

We stayed here with 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids), and the cabin was perfect! The kids loved their own space in the attic :).

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! It was incredibly clean and had new amenities that made it so easy and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was super comfortable and clean, and everything worked perfectly. It was also wonderfully pet-friendly — our pup had a great time exploring the area and we really appreciated how welcoming the space was. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier and the host was responsive when needed. Loved the location, plenty of privacy but still nearby to all the things you would want to do. Would definitely come back again!
