The historic center of Venice is easily reachable by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are a 1-7 minute walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D 'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Bohemian crystal chandelier and Mesmeri wall lamp by Artemide, antique white lacquered doors with glass. Floors in “cemenine” Fioranese. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The safety windows are from the company Schuco with glazing and built-in electrified Venetian curtain. The windows are equipped with wooden shutters. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. Minimum stay is 2 nights Smoking is prohibited inside the premises Pets are not allowed. The apartment cannot be used for parties and convivial parties. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. Hands Before your arrival you will receive by mail additional information and advice that will be useful to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a few steps from the train stop that leads into beautiful Venice. Therefore - as long as the length of stay does not suggest renting a car - it is preferable to use a taxi (upon specific request for an airport ride to Via Trezzo the amount indicated - June 2017 - is around €. 30) The use of the bus requires the change of 2 buses (one bilet lasts 75mn) and takes longer. Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

The apartment has been recently renovated, and has pleasant and contemporary decor, combining modern furnishings and lighting with some heirloom pieces. It is a two-room apartment consisting of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, table for breakfast or to use as a computer workstation, double bedroom with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower and window, and connection for possible washing machine if required for long stays. The apartment has a balcony on the rear of the house, equipped with a small table and two chairs, which allows smokers and non-smokers to have a sheltered but outdoor place. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, and sink. There is no dishwasher. Guests may use the entire apartment, the balcony and upon specific request, a private parking space in the condominium parking lot, if available. I will greet guests when they arrive and I will always be available on my cell phone. I will be happy to provide all the useful information necessary for a pleasant stay in Turin. I also live with my family right next to the two-room apartment made available for guests, so there will be no shortage of opportunities to get to know each other. The property is located in Precollina, near the Po River, in a very green residential area, a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova, Gran Madre and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The area has bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as rowing and tennis clubs. If you love walking or cycling, from the house you can easily reach various areas of the center of Turin; Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Via Lagrange, Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio, Via Po and Piazza Gran Madre, Porta Nuova station. There are a few bus lines within walking distance of the apartment on Corso Fiume – lines 52 and 66. Taking 66 will lead you to Gran Madre and from there by streetcar no. 13 to Piazza Castello, the heart of the city. For routes in the hills, there are lines 70 and 73. If you prefer to get around by car, to go downtown, it is advisable to use the central parking lots of Piazza Vittorio, Bodoni or Valdo Fusi or the parking lot below Via Roma.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the department. It was a nice, cozy and quiet retreat from the busy city. The location is very close to several tram and metro stations. Everything in Milan is quite accessible. There are many good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance from the Milano Centrale (12min) station. Gaia and Pietro were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back next time!

We stayed in two beautifully decorated and stylish apartments, both very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The large garden is a real highlight, full of flowers, immaculately maintained, and with plenty of lovely spots to sit and relax. The swimming pool was perfect and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The host was friendly and helpful; there was a small misunderstanding with our booking, but he handled it kindly and offered a good solution. The surrounding area is peaceful, with charming towns nearby. A truly enjoyable stay!

We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

If you are looking for a great room right in a perfect location, Helena’s place is for you. Her apartment is in perfect walking distance to all of Milan’s major attractions, is a short walk to the subway station and only a few stops from the main train station, and most importantly is in a great and lively neighborhood packed with friendly people. It’s so close to sempione park I did my morning run through there, and it was only a brief walk to the duomo, and all of the main museums. Helena is amazing, she is friendly and super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and all of the kindness of an Italian mother. You get your own space, with its own bathroom and privacy, and Helena makes you feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be coming back to Milan to see her again.

If you’re looking for a spot that has some good creative design to it, Giuseppe’s Airbnb is the place to stay! We loved everything about it. It’s on a boulevard but it’s really quiet since he’s put in some really good windows. Convenient for the metro as it’s just across the road. Giuseppe was also a really responsive host - we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we parked in a spot that had a street market the next day and our car was towed. We reached out to him and he had answers for us immediately. We highly recommend Giuseppe’s Airbnb!
