Holiday rentals with a patio in Poble Nou

Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

We only stayed one night, but the apartment is super nice, with air conditioning (important now in summer) and free entry with password is best for arrival

The apartment is truly a sweetheart. Very clean and welcoming. The host was just as satisfying. We are slightly out of the center but it's really easy to get to the Goella metro to move downtown. I recommend it to those who decide to go to Valencia. Quiet and quiet area, very clean. Yes, I would go back.

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Lara’s apartment was beautiful – the photos really don’t do it justice! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the lovely balcony at the back was a perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing at any time of day. The location was super convenient, with tram and bus stops close by, making it easy to get around. Lara was incredibly helpful, providing us with loads of information about how to navigate the city, what to see and do, and even some great restaurant recommendations. If we ever come back to Valencia, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay in company. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Great place, was exactly as described. Nice hostess. Showed us all the rooms at check-in. Very clean. We especially liked the terrace.

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

We had a super nice weekend at Jazmín's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house was very surprised by its spaciousness in the common areas and being very well cared for and having all the comforts. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and it is a nice and quiet area!

Concha was very nice and quick to respond! She's a lovely host and I would recommend staying with her :)

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Sophia's and Luis' place is great. It has everything that you need for short or long stay Starting with huge TV with english speaking progams ,dishwasher,washing machine,fans.Sophia and Luis comunicate promptly,answer all your questions immediately,never leave you uncertain.

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
