Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is truly a rare find. Both the interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. This is a great green location with a private house. Plenty of space, quite area and nice balcony to sit in the evening. I definitely recommend for those who wants to live near by full of line beach line of Volosko and at the same time wants to have opportunity to relax in a house within trees and flowers. There is a own parking area belonging to the house. Dijana our host very helpful, flexible and supportive, she was always available for an advice or question. I can definitely recommend for other travelers.

Villa Titanium was among the nicest airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Views from all the balconies did not disappoint and the amenities of the home were top notch. Beautiful infinity pool, massive outdoor jacuzzi, the dry sauna and steam rooms were a treat. Every comfort was provided for. Great communication from the host and everything surpassed our expectations! Highly recommended!

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We stayed for two whole weeks and were enjoying our stay to the fullest. The house is spacious and comfy. Although the interior is not the newest, everything is clean and well cared for. The highlight is the terrace with its wonderful view of the Adria. Also there is a garage where we could park our car. The house is located in beautiful Volosko, where you can reach the inner city, the harbour and access to the sea within 10 minutes by foot. It is not as touristy and crowded as Opatija, which we really enjoyed. Still you can reach Opatija by foot by just following the “ lungomare” along the shore. There are many great restaurants in Volosko, where you can get local food and fresh fish. The communication with Daniel was also easy, quick and really friendly. So thank you for the wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay in the little house. Everything we needed for a two-week stay was on site. The hostess was very friendly and also took care of taking us to and from the train station. The house is located in a quiet area and you have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands from the terrace. There is a recommended restaurant nearby and a small but well-stocked supermarket about a kilometer away. We felt comfortable

Wonderful villa with dream garden – next door to the national park - pure relaxation We were lucky enough to spend a week in this cozy villa in Rukovac. Despite mixed weather, our stay was fantastic. The house combines coziness and luxury - especially the spacious living area with the huge couch and fireplace appealed to us. On rainy days it was great to relax in front of the fire. The stylish furnishings offer everything your heart desires + music box, fully equipped kitchen, wood for a fireplace, etc. The pool: forever long and amazing views - perfect for swimming and chilling. The garden has plenty of space to relax and is beautifully laid out!! Especially cool: the table tennis arena! We used the outdoor grill station several times and it was a dream to sit outside in the evening. Our other highlight: the adjacent Croatian National Park, ideal for walking, biking and hiking. Warmest recommendation – will be back!!

The stay at the accommodation was fine. There is nothing to complain about, except that the balcony is very nicely photographed and the fire wall next to it was not visible. But that's whining at a very high level. It was very nice. The balcony is very hot in the morning, but in the evening. The kitchen was also very well equipped. From the house you were very quickly at the water, so everything really great. We would probably come back, but maybe the four of us, so the price is a little cheaper.

Exceptional property - modern, well equipped, and spacious. As described with views from a nice pool, and balcony, and a nice patio with bbq. Short (albeit a bit steep) walk to the waterfront - and the amazing Valle Losce restaurant. 5 minute drive to a supermarket. Nice base from which to explore the area.

My family, friends, and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this owner's place. The house was perfect for our group, and everything was just great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right at our fingertips. I especially want to highlight how clean and cozy every room was. The owner is an incredibly kind person—he gave us great recommendations, treated us to some cold beer 😄, and was always available to help with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We’ll definitely recommend this place to all our friends and hope to return someday!

We had an excellent extended weekend in the accommodation from start to finish. The house was super clean, cozy and optimally equipped. It really was ALL there. The location was super central and quiet at the same time. It is a dreamlike backdrop. The hosts were very, very friendly and helpful. Very likeable couple! We can only highly recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars

Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Very quiet and beautifully decorated home. Kristina greeted us with an opulent array of fresh bakery sweets and huge selection of fresh fruit and bottle of champagne. Wish we had more time enjoying your beautiful home but spent all of our time touring. I hope the guys emptied the refrigerator. We had to catch a flight and rushed out due a delay from a truck on fire on way to Zagreb airport. We made it in time and had a lovely stay.
