NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

RNO ID: 120720 Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Welcome to the beautiful apartments near the center of Maribor. The house is on the first line of Drava river. Every apartment has its own entrance and the parking place. The house is completly renovated. The apartments are run by our family. Koroska vrata is one of the most lovely districts for journeys. It is really quiet, but also it is really closed to the center place. The apartments have nice view of the Drava river and Pohorje.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
