Good apartment, comfortable and clean. I had all the kitchen utensils I needed. It was very easy to enter. Almost in front, there is a very busy bakery where you can have breakfast or afternoon coffee. Easy access to the main avenue that goes straight to the center and close to the bus station and the mall.

The ground was dusty, all right. The condominium is very old, windows and paintings in need of renovations. The leisure area is good and manicured gardens and attentive staff.

Myself and my family are very fond of staying! The apartment is cute, all renovated, comfortable, very well equipped and the host even gently offered items like toilet paper and soap. In addition to bed and bath linens. The condominium is old but very complete, beautiful and the thermal pool and hot tub are tops! Also, very well located. We'll definitely be back!

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.

Tati was super kind and helpful to us, we helped in the check-in and check-up. the mother of tati that we received was super polite and kind as well. The place is very close to the center, to go on foot. At the corner there is a pharmacy and is not far from the mall, besides the bars and restaurant nearby,the neighborhood itself is very nice, quiet and beautiful, for sure it is in a good location! The room itself is excellent! very large bathroom bathroom super comfortable beds hot shower clean towels and bedding as well and with the cold of wells the blankets that was at the disposal was great too! We stayed in room 6 and it was a great experience! very quiet the place. The community kitchen is also a great space to have a water filter refrigerator cooker everything well clean and organized. I went by motorcycle and the garage and very wide fits as much a car as well as moto.enfim, a great option for those who are going to wells and want a good stay and enjoy every bit of the city
