The space is perfect, just as the photos show. We arrived and were greeted with the pool already heated, which was wonderful after hours of travel to relax and enjoy the space. The apartment is complete with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay. The showers provide a delicious bath with a relaxing water pressure. Everything was impeccable. We'll be there again in September! Thank you for giving us such a cozy stay.

Comfortable and nicely decorated space. Very comfortable and practical, because the environment has all the necessary items for a stay. Kitchen with all utensils, plus bath and face towels and even shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Excellent! If you say that there are several markets, restaurants, hamburger joints, pharmacies and the City Park nearby. Everything is very close! Thanks a lot.

The apartment was exactly as described. The block has several excellent restaurants and bars, which makes the apartment a great place for those who have some leisure time left. The park is great for a morning walk. Finally, José was helpful and clear in his communication. I recommend the stay.

Everything was excellent, Jorge was a good host and the space is impeccable! Clean, fragrant and comfortable bath and bed linens, all new, excellent shower and bath! The view is really wonderful, we were able to rest and relax a lot. I highly recommend it!!!

Great location and easy to access. The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I was impressed with the care and functionality of the space. The apartment has everything anyone could need: a super-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, hood and even a wine cooler! Air conditioning working well, excellent shower and a very practical swivel TV, which can be used both from the bed and the sofa. In addition, the HDMI cable and plug already available are a great differential for those who want to connect a video game or notebook. The balcony is charming and the atmosphere is well thought out in every detail. Cleber was super attentive. I highly recommend it!

Excellent apartment for those looking for something practical to sleep and enjoy the lakeside structure a little. The only suggestion would be to improve the bedding, which was old, and the blanket was too small for the size of the bed. Other than that all was great.

beautiful house, extremely quiet place, perfect for relaxing and resting. very safe condominium and with restaurant. i have pet and it is extremely safe because everything is walled with no way to escape, it has a delicious lawn for pet to run a lot.

We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

The house is wonderful, just staying in the house is a trip, especially for those who have children like me. But the icing on the cake is the hosts, who are always in touch and do much more than what is proposed. There's ice water, popcorn, sweets, napkins, coffee powder, sugar... things I never had in other places. The covers are made of pleasant fabric, comfortable pillows, bathrobe in the master suite. Anyway, much better than the hotels in the area.

The house is great! Totally spacious and cozy! I spent my birthday with family and the stay was perfect! The house was all clean and had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. They had games available, a projector to watch movies on the outdoor screen, among other things. 10/10 :)

Nice, quiet and easily accessible place, close to the city center

Simply impeccable! Leonardo was one of the best hosts I've ever had on Airbnb. Attentive, quick to respond and with great energy from the start. The space was exactly as in the pictures (or even better!), super clean, organized and with details that show care and affection in every corner.
