They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

We offer you a very large, beautiful apartment with a very large balcony. Only families are welcome. Our apartment is located in Strožanac and is about 6 km south of Split. The Riva promenade is 9 km away. You can reach the sea (pebble beach) in approx. 5 minutes' walk. Split Airport is 25 km away and it takes about 24 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity there are two Game of Thrones filming locations.
