Holiday rentals with beach access in Podstrana

“We had a fantastic stay at this place in Podstrana! The location is simply unbeatable – walking distance to the beach and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the beautiful pool with the many sun loungers, where you can end the day wonderfully. The balconies were perfect for cozy evenings, and have a great view. Special praise goes to our host Petar, who was always friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. He supported us with all the questions and provided us with everything as soon as we asked. Petar and his family were always very accommodating, and you can tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We can fully recommend this property and come

We are more than satisfied with the stay. The accommodation met the expectations we brought with us. The beach was 1 min away, which is very important to us. The apartment was very clean and everything you needed was there. The owner was very friendly and you quickly got an answer to everything☺️. We would always book this accommodation and recommend it. The hostess was also wonderful and we found the tips given very helpful, such as good restaurants or super markets near the owner. Thanks for this lovely stay 😊

My second trip to Croatia and I honestly could not have wished for better hosts! Both Klaudija and her husband Nikola were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. From little homemade biscuits and jam to an evening of bbq food! I’ve never experienced hosts so lovely. There were tears when I left! The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need - right down to a garlic mincer. I booked the apartment for 4 weeks and there was nothing lacking at all. Comfortable beds, impeccably clean bedding and towels and a homely feel to the apartment made my stay so enjoyable . The shower had good pressure too which is always a bonus! Podstrana is a good base to use for travel. Split is only a short bus or taxi ride away where you can book trips to other islands, attractions, and visit the old town etc. The isle of Brać is a 50 minute ferry ride from Split and well worth visiting. I will 100% be booking to stay at Klaudijas apartment again the near future.

This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, great comms, extremely well equipped, spacious and simply perfect 👌. Very friendly hosts who couldn’t do more for us . Please don’t hesitate to book with them . You are guaranteed a fabulous stay . We will be back

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

We have rent the appartment for 9 nights. We have sincerely appreciated to be here ! Everything was very clean and we received a delicious red wine as welcome gifted from Tanja's parents. The place is calm, the bedroom really confortable and the terrace is very large. We see the stars every night and sometimes shooting stars. What a pleasure ! Near the appartment, there is a small supermarket and another one, bigger, next to the beach. You can also eat food specialities on the beach. Also, Podstrana is really a charming place to discover : there is a lot of flowers, cats, local houses! A lot of things to see, especially if you like taking pictures :) The must for us was the location of the apartment : you are just 8-10 minutes from the beach by walking. We had a really great time at this property! From the beginning, Kristian, the son of the hostess, took very good care of us. He explained everything to us in detail and precisely, was always helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was wonderful – quiet, private and relaxed. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest, completely undisturbed and for ourselves. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need as a traveler was there. The absolute highlight was of course the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where you could relax perfectly. Whether in the morning or in the evening - the surroundings were simply fantastic. We are very happy that we booked this pool house. It was an unforgettable vacation that we would repeat at any time. Thank you for everything!

Mirko was always very nice and answered all my doubts, I guide me to get to the ferry on time:). The apartment has a small kitchen with a very useful refrigerator, a small dining room and ropes to hang clothes, what a great idea!. we would come by motorbike so we did not have any problem to mobilize, however if you do not have your own vehicle you should keep in mind that The lodging is 20 minutes (in cart) of split so you should check what is the best way to mobilize

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Dragana is a very kind soul, generous and thoughtful. I was well taken care of and the neighborood is quiet and charming. I loved my 5 nights there and will cherish good memories and good conversation. Thank you

Super nice and beautiful home, everything was clean. Supplies were provided. Not everything that was marked in the listing was present in, for example, the kitchen, but the most important things were there, at least we didn't really miss anything we needed. Nice quiet area, less than 1 minute walk from the beach and 2 supermarkets and a bakery less than a 5-minute walk on the road side. Split was about a 15-20 min. drive, if it wasn't busy on the road. Air conditioners work well! Very nice that we could borrow free beds and an umbrella on the beach, later even the large umbrella with the larger beds, really great! Really had a nice stay and sweet that you came to bring a bowl of grapes from the garden. We definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family.

We had an incredible stay! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hosts were lovely and helpful! We highly recommend to groups looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic setting to create lasting memories!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Absolutely impeccably clean and modern! Ample parking, if you have a car. Easily one of the best Airbnb listings that I’ve stayed at; loved my time here! Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Perfect for couples who like it clean and cozy and like to look out at the sea from the balcony with a glass of wine.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Very easy to get into, very clean, and modern apartment! And the bed and pillow/beddings were so comfortable we had the best sleep. Parking spot is a big plus! Would stay again.
