The apartment is tastefully decorated with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 2 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with sink and toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor which is a great option for people who do not like to climb stairs! Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The apartment is located in the town of Podstrana by the sea. Apartment is 9 kilometers from center of the town Split, and 25 kilometers of airport. Apartman has a full capacity of 6 people. It has a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, of which one is an on-suite with king size bed and a balcony and a seaview. The unit also comes with air condition, TV , free wi-fi, free parking lot for guests. The apartment is situated 100 meters from supermarket, two restaurants and 50 meters from the bus station.

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
