The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and two large balconies, one overlooking the lake and the other towards the historic center and the ruins of the Rocca Orsini. It's on the third floor of the building and enjoys a breathtaking view.

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

The apartment is located on the main street of Genzano di Roma, a village in the Castelli Romani (see photo). The construction of the property was carried out in 2022.
