Cottage holiday rentals in Point Breeze

We loved the house! The views were remarkable. I have never stayed at a rental house where so much care was taken by the host to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a relaxing peaceful break from the grind but close enough to the city and local attractions. The kitchen was completely outfitted and as cooks were super impressed. The new king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. This is the best VRBO/airbnb I have stayed in to date! Kristeen and Matt are wonderful hosts!

Franky had great communication, the house was exactly as described. It was a beautiful location right on Lake Ontario, and close to Niagara Falls. House was well stocked and we had a great time!

Staying at Andre’s place was a welcome reprieve to the busyness of life. I came with my wife and youngest daughter. We LOVED the hot tub and used the free firewood for the fire pit a lot. The views were amazing. Very peaceful in the morning. We’d definitely come again!

This sweet little cottage is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and the house has everything you need. Watching the sunset over Lake Ontario was a delight and proximity to several beaches (though it was too cold to swim for us!) was a great bonus. Natasha was ultra responsive to two absolute non urgent questions I had and it made our stay that much easier and more enjoyable. So family friendly - we have a 10 & 3 year old. Hot tub was a great way for us parents to unwind at the end of the day!

This is a really good place if you are looking for a peace and staycation. Very humble and helpful host.

The sunrise off the dock was amazing. Wendy was very helpful with local places to eat and making sure we had everything we needed before even getting there. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will booking again next fall! Very close to Oak Orchard dam (went for a fishing trip)! Thank you for recommending Roadies food was awesome!

This is a gorgeous cottage right in front of Lake Ontario. Firepit available to make safe fires. the house was perfect with a hangout with some friends. clean, and all appliances work. the cottage is 1hr away from Niagara Falls and there are plenty of food options around. The host was very friendly and informative. would repeat.

I rented this for my mother’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for her and her husband. Lake views amazing, perfect size home and fully equipped with everything one would have at their own home! House was quaint, personable and a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Ontario, beautiful well maintained yard. The privacy was another great bonus!! Would rent this again. Instructions were on point! Everything was perfect!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!!

If you love rivers, you must have a night (or two or three) at Karen’s Oatka House. The Oatka is so close you can enjoy it even from inside the house. The amount of wildlife is vast because of the quiet and private nature of the location. The house is large and has everything you could need because of Karen’s great sense of hospitality.

This beachfront cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The lake views and sunsets were amazing, weather was perfect. The cottage was spacious with plenty of sleeping area for our 5 adults. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and having evening fires. Plenty of wineries nearby also. Although we weren’t bothered by it, I would mention to others that there is no privacy in the yard. There is a walkway that runs alongside the yard that is very busy with locals walking back and forth to the beach/pjer. Although it did not bother us, some might be looking for a more private getaway. My family and I would definitely stay at the beachfront cottage again!

A little mixup in the lodging, but wasn't his fault. Grill could stand to be cleaned, but was satisfied with the accommodations.

Angler’s paradise. Right on the dock of the estuary of the Oak. Nice and quiet, plenty of room. Definitely will be back.

I stayed with my husband, 6 month old and dog and enjoyed our stay. Pictures didn’t do the cottage justice. It was beautiful, we felt right at home. Judd provided us with helpful information prior to checking in which we really appreciated. The only downfall which is absolutely no fault to the host was the location. The neighborhood was much busier than we had expected. Directly across the road is an event venue which hosted 2 weddings during our stay, drawing in a lot of traffic. A lot of the locals seem to have golf carts, which is so fun, however many of the nights people leaving the inn at the end of the road were very noisy and driving recklessly. Many of the days, a group of motorcyclists parked directed in front of the cottage which disrupted our dog and baby. Also what sounded like fireworks, but very far spaced out were going off around the hours of 11pm-2am 3 of the nights.

Our family had the best time staying at Sunshine on the Lake! The cottage had everything we needed and more. The weather was a little chilly, but we still enjoyed some very breathtaking sunsets!
