Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Swanyay is a little nest of heaven tucked away just minutes from the famed NC Outer Banks beaches and attractions. On the property there is ample parking, even for a boat if you want to bring yours. Swanyay is a stand alone home next to ours that is full of Coastal Farmhouse charm thru-out. Outside is a huge deck for you to enjoy while relaxing during the day or star gazing at night. Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.

"DownWinder” Oceanfront Retreat

This was our second year staying at the Downwinder and once again it was extremely enjoyable! The oceanfront views from the deck and big windows just can't be beat. This house has a great open concept living with unobstructed views of the ocean from the entire main living space and master bedroom. The house is modern and updated, inside and out. We love the deck walkway right from the house, over the dunes and right down to the beach. The shower and foot rinsing faucet at the end of the walkway is super convenient. Absolutely perfect for our family of four! Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves is pure serenity. Do yourself a favor and book this home for your next vacation...you won't regret it!

This was an ideal location in Duck, NC. The beach associated with the resort was devine! The surrounding area is mostly single family homes, making the beach very private to the resort. The unit is located away from the pool, so it was very quiet and lovely. The view is not really of water, but it's a great deck to watch sunsets. I would return to this AirBnB again!

We really enjoyed staying here. the home is exactly as shown and eacribed, but more beautiful and enchanting. we go there late, and walking into the yard was majestic. it almost felt like a fairy creature would pop its head out of the tree. the outdoor private area is simply amazing.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The house provided great amenities and we were able to relax and get some work done at the same time. It was quiet and relaxing with a pool and sauna, which we did get much use out of. It was just a short drive to the beaches which made for a nice day trip. Highly recommend.

This place is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything you may want to try in the area-- great for families. The house is clean, cozy, and it has a spectacular view of the sound. We enjoyed taking in the afternoon scenery while sitting on the porch. Tina and David were among the best communicating hosts we have encountered with: they provided timely and accurate information that made the check in and check out a breeze. We hope to come back.
