Great stay, the areas is well positioned for everything you need. A very nice community and the little beach house is as advertised. Erik was very accommodating and was giving us a bunch of recommendations. Would very much recommend.

The place looked just like the pictures. Nice little home and a quiet neighbor hood. I want to mention the bed mattresses in the bedrooms, they were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. And I’m not exaggerating either. The place has a cozy vibe to it. My girlfriend and I loved it. Great restaurants in Ocean Beach. Lisa was easy to get a hold of. Answered my messages right away. We had a fantastic stay at this Ocean Beach home. The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping. We loved being able to explore the area on foot. Parking was super easy, which is a big plus in this neighborhood. The house itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just right for the two of us. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Aaron was a wonderful host, very welcoming and a great communicator throughout. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is the first time of this year we stayed at Shawn's house. Yes! We basically stay at Shawn's house 3 to 4 times per year, his house is in a very good location, few minutes drive to everything, nice yard for dogs, clean and comfortable living space. There's nothing we can complain about. We've booked another trip and can't wait to go there again.

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Had such a great time! The house is beautiful and super clean, it was perfect for three people and could comfortably fit more. Location is perfect, especially for anyone in town for business at the Convention Center. Will book again next time I’m in town.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

Place was beautiful and cozy, spacious for 6 people. Amazing location, very close to Little Italy and downtown. Stu was an excellent host. Would definitely book again.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was very close to the beach and it was very peaceful throughout the day and night. We would definitely like to come back someday.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in San Diego at Steven’s house. The house is in central location not far from the airport, Sea World, and San Diego Zoo. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Steven was also very responsive if we were in need of anything.

We (me, 2 young kids, 2 elderly parents) had a great stay. Everything was clean, the area was quiet and safe with lots of parking, and there were lots of stuff for kids to play with and use. The location was also great and easy to get everywhere - train station, airport, downtown, beaches, restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and super nice. Overall we had a great experience with no issues or complaints and would love to stay again.

The home was comfortable and perfect for the week with my adult children. The view from the front was spectacular and we spent mornings drinking our coffee on the front patio looking at the sea. We also had our dachshund who had a blast playing ball in the back area where its totally fenced in. The beds were ALL super comfy- even the secondary ones, which often is not the case. We did not really cook, but the kitchen seemed very well equipped to do so. Its only about 10 minutes to the airport (yes, you can hear the planes, but a small price to pay for staying here and they do not fly after 11:30), and I was attending an event in the Arts District, which was also only 10 minutes away. We often walked down into Ocean Beach- an easy walk, and to the Dog Beach. So very well located. We had a wonderful stay.

This stay was perfect! The place was beautiful, Nina was so communicative, and all the instructions were clear and helpful. We used the car turner and it sounds a little intimidating but it’s very simple and so convenient! I really can’t say enough good things about the place and hosts, I highly recommend staying here!
