The apartment has a large back deck that leads to off street parking with enough room for 3 cars. 10 minutes from Uptown Athens and Ohio University. Hocking Hills is a short 25 min. scenic drive.

The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Walk to the 18-hole golf course and pub, or take a 15-minute drive to state parks including Old Man's Cave. OU is 20 min. on 33. No bonfires.
