Large 65 m² apartment in the very center of Dinard, with sea view from the living room windows, with a small terrace. Ideal location in the hyper center, 130 meters from the large beach of L'Ecluse and the Casino de Dinard. Shops at the foot of the building and possibility of transport (bus, pier for St Malo nearby). The apartment is functional, very bright and tastefully decorated. Great for a romantic stay, for families with a baby, or groups of friends.

One room with 1 double bed (convertible in 2 single beds) and arrangement+ 1 corner(place) harms in mezzanine height 0.70m with a double bed (flexible in 2 single beds)for inferior stays to 7 days a bedsheets options is possible(10 € for 1 double bed ), bath room, washin/drying machine has to wash, closed and individual garage.

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.

Amelie’s house is very elegant, newly refurbished with a lot of taste, well equipped, we really felt at home ! the lovely beach is at the end of the street , local stores and restaurants are at a short walk away too, it’s a great place to spend a nice holiday.

Nolwenn’s place was as described, had a nice water view, was comfortable, clean, and located near the beach, city wall, restaurants, shops, etc. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything in the city walls. We had a great stay and would stay again. If you have big/heavy luggage, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

To sum it up in one word: WHAAOUUUU This place is in love with this place! The residence is new, very nice, well located for everything on foot, quiet and yet 2 steps from the center. And then, the apartment!! A marvel!! When the door opens, we discover a superb large, bright, and spacious room, decorated with great taste. Everything is comfortable: the layout of the living room, the size of the bedrooms and the bathroom, the bedding too!! The garage is a real plus, moreover it is large and therefore no problem to park without doing a lot of maneuvers 😅 Everything is done on foot from the apartment and that's also great: shopping, the market, bakeries 2 min walk, all walks along the sea, beaches, the center for shopping... We loved Dinard, we will come back for sure, so I keep this address in favorites!! Another point ++++++: Sandrine's welcome, really very kind 👍

Quiet, functional and clean accommodation, very well thought out kitchen in terms of equipment to cook everything. There is a comfy king size bed. 5 minutes from the sea, and 15 minutes from the center with Dinard market. The only downside is the lack of parking with difficulty finding a public space near the property. Responsive host! Thank you!!!

Exceptional location that gives a sense of exclusivity. Calm lulled by the sound of waves. Great light. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has quality amenities. Small copro and good insulation between the apartments. Host not met but very nice and very responsive contact. Really great! Can't wait to come back.

Architect-designed villa worthy of a showroom. Not only was the house well designed (through light, balance of spaces, comfort of volumes, ideal exposure), but the decoration was designed in every detail: heathered designer furniture, harmony of hues, functional and aesthetic materials: it's a pleasure to live in this space... if only a few days! Bravissimo for this great success that we were happy to enjoy.
