Holiday rentals with a sauna in Poipu, Koloa

A wonderful stay for our young family! Stay was well kept and as pictured. We loved the walk ability to beautiful beaches and access to the Athletic Club. The area is unmatched and the A/C wonderful. Bonus: the kid amenities. It doesn’t go unnoticed that Shaun and his wife are parents and took the time to think of the little things. Little fish is a definite bonus across the street! We hope to be back. As hotel owners ourselves we would highly recommend this stay.

It was a great place to stay. I guess the only thing I had issues with was the upstairs occupants . Felt like they were up pacing off and on through the night right above our bedroom. Only lasted about three night then I think they checked. Other than that was a great place. Unfortunately we didn’t use the amenities due to such a busy itinerary. But we did manage to walk around the last day to check it all out. We would stay there again. Was very convenient for us.

We loved our stay at this condo! The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of activities. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. The overall setup of the condo, from the cozy ambiance to the hassle-free parking and key access, made it a safe and comfortable home base for our trip. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was a bit weak, which made it challenging to stay connected at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the condo had to offer.

Our stay at this Kauai condo was absolutely perfect! Shaun and Megan were wonderful hosts- communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location couldn’t have been better… just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the extra touches like beach towels, chairs, and a cooler—so helpful for our days exploring the island. Mahalo, Shaun and Megan, for sharing your little slice of paradise with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Chris and his team were very quick to respond while booking. Everything was as described. This is a timeshare so once on there, you are dealing with the Westin. I was with my husband and our 3 teenagers. The area felt safe and the room had decent space, a well equipped kitchen and a nice view. This property does not have a beach on site, but there are nice beaches, restaurants and shopping a short 10 minute drive away. On site there is one restaurant (👎) and a small market/café on site where you can get your Starbucks and quick service food (pizza), as well as a few odds and ends for your kitchen, like coffee filters. There are multiple pools (no deep ends) on the property, a ping-pong table, pool table, and some yard games. Check in with concierge before buying anything on site or going grocery shopping, as they have a discount card, they will give you. This side of the island seemed less busy than the south side and the beaches l

This condo was a bit more than I usually spend in a week in Kauai but it was well worth the extra money. Fantastic spacious kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need to make meals meant we spent less on going out to eat. Rooms were very comfortable and the closets were chock full of towels and beach gear. Really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you check out the croquet pitch near the back patio.

Loved being on the beach to see the sunrise daily! Hot tub was nice. Played Bochee Ball on the grassy court. Sidewalk along beach was handy.

What a great place to stay on Kauai! This is the first time I didn't stay at a resort or large Hotel, and I really enjoyed it. We booked both the A & B parts of the property and were able to keep the adjoining doors open, which was great. Kitchen was great, balcony was great, having a washer/dryer was great, beds were comfortable. All around great location with tons to do. Some things required a drive to the east or south side of the island, but really glad we stayed in Princeville this time. When I go back to Kauai next time, I will absolutely reach out to Milo again to book his property. I can't recommend Milo as an Airbnb host enough!!! Thank you Milo for being a great Airbnb host!!!

My girlfriend has a sixth sense for finding amazing places (she hunts recommendations like treasures) and once again she nailed it. This property delivered - spotless, spacious two-bedroom layout with efficient cooling that saved us during some hot Kauai days. Best part? The location. You're on one edge of the island's half-circle layout, which was perfect for us. Less traffic, fewer crowds, no sprawl. Just a quick walk to stunning beaches and a short drive to Hanalei, our favorite town on the island. We woke up to gorgeous views every morning. Mala the cat became our unofficial vacation buddy, showing up for afternoon naps on the regular. You'll need to keep the bedroom doors open at night for the heat pump to cool you. Also grab groceries before arriving - the kitchen starts completely empty. Worth every penny for a perfect Kauai home base.

Very beautiful location Easy to get to local shops and beaches - very lush landscape

Great home in a nice location. We appreciated the amenities, particularly the spa. We were also able to walk to a beach (although steep) and drive to another within 10 minutes. House is close enough to walk to several places (grocery, shops, restaurants) which was great. Host was responsive and everything we expected based on the listing was accurate.

This place was a peaceful tropical hideaway — lush, green, and full of bird sounds from morning to night. The kitchen had everything one could need, and the beds made it easy to sleep like a baby. Afternoons by the pool with homemade smoothies became a daily habit. The island is wild and beautiful, perfect for snorkeling, turtle spotting, and scenic drives.
