Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

Wow! we loooooved this place! the actual condo was even better than the pictures. Great location, walking distance to the beach, luau, and restaurants. We had one minor issue with the water (if the water runs more than 20 minutes.. laundry, showers, dishwasher, etc. the water shuts off and someone has to come physically and fix) however, they were very responsive and lovely to work with. If we come to Kauai again, we will definitely stay here again. One minor suggestion.. when we checked in, the wifi had 3 different names/passwords from the binder, Airbnb, and email. we figured it out, but it took a minute. thank you for our stay and making a milestone birthday unforgettable 💗

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

Our family of four adults had a great stay at Shana’s townhouse. The home itself is very nice, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed everyone having their own room. The location was perfect for us as we loved staying on the North Shore. Shana provided lots of recommendations for things to do and was very responsive if we had questions about anything. We would love to come back—and soon!!

We had a great time at Nathans' place. It is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. Probably in need of a facelift one some of the finishes some point soon. The tub in one of the downstairs bathrooms is not in the best condition. Overall I would stay again based on the location and space.

Very convenient location, was able to move around easily. Given a lot of suggestions on activities and restaurants. Home was comfortable and well furnished.

We super liked this place and definitely want to stay here again next time! The apartment felt just like home—we honestly didn’t want to leave. We really appreciated the welcoming little package with chips and granola bars, such a thoughtful touch! The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were all super helpful, and having a washing machine with a few detergent capsules was a big plus during our stay. Everything was so well thought out—it made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable!

Jason's rental is a beautiful place at a beautiful location. We were pleasantly surprised with the little things that made Jason's place so pleasurable and comfortable, such as the abundance of bathing towels, the beach and snorkel supplies, the availability of bicycles, how all the rooms were (Hawaii themed) tastefully decorated, even a ukulele with instructions and songs to play. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus. The owners' pool and grill was utilized which added to the entire experience. Thank you Jason for making our family vacation one we will always fondly remember.

My family enjoyed the lanai especially in the mornings and in the evening. It was nice having the 2 1/2 baths. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Seaglass Villa. The location was fabulous and the villa itself is beautiful - tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The amenities were excellent and there were nice touches like an excellent espresso coffee machine with lots of options and some provided coffee pods. We loved the many sitting areas - indoors and out - for reading and relaxing, and the kitchen was really well stocked with cooking basics and lots of good quality equipment. It is truly one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in for our family of four. It was great being so close to a little shopping center for groceries, and Hanalei was just a short, beautiful drive for restaurants, food trucks, shopping and the beautiful Hanalei Bay beach. I highly recommend this beautiful property. Mahalo!

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

This condo was great. Only two of us but could have comfortably fit many more. Great living space and kitchen, 2 min walk to the beach and a nice pool. We really enjoyed our time here. Only thing is no AC so we slept in the downstairs bedrooms and stuck all the fans in there and it was totally fine.

Amazing view, confirmed 100% same as what you see from pictures. We really love the balconies. It can be a bit hot during the afternoon, but the breeze can really help if the windows are opened. Kitchenware are more than you need to cook some decent meals. The only downside is it may not be that quiet place in the morning, but I personally find that not a huge issue. Also very close to the hideaway beach, very few people and amazing view, we went there twice.

Great place - super clean, convenient, and a good host. Super close to hanalai bay and other north side activities. Only thing to be aware of is the relatively strict rules around street parking, times the pool/amenities are available, etc. but these are all out of the control of the host. In return, you get a very quiet, serene neighborhood to call home base. Would stay again.

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Our family of six had an amazing time at this Airbnb—it was the perfect home base for our first trip to Kauai. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and the beach access was incredibly easy. One of the biggest highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—possibly the best we’ve ever had in any Airbnb, which made family meals super convenient. The fans kept everything cool at night, and we felt right at home. We especially fell in love with the North Shore, and this location made it easy to explore all the beauty Kauai has to offer. The host was fantastic—helpful, kind, and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend! PS - Comes with beach chairs, beach toys, and memories to last a lifetime.

Loved our stay in Jamie’s beautiful home! Jamie was responsive and communicative from the start. The space was clean and exactly as described. It was super helpful being able to borrow towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and a cooler for our beach trips! We really appreciated Jamie’s hospitality–she even gave my friend and I the most delicious mangoes! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in the north shore!

We had an amazing stay at this Princeville property. It is truly a beautiful space: well appointed, tons of room, top end appliances. Appreciated the gourmet kitchen and all the appliances one could want. Used the blenders to make passionfruit margaritas! But the absolute best was the beach gear supplied. We had a blast with the boogie boards and surf boards at Hanalei. Only regret was that we didn’t have time to make use of everything provided. Lisa was great and had great suggestions. Can only hope to make it back. One the the nicest properties we have stayed in anywhere.

Ida’s place was great. Exactly as described with all the things that you need for your Kauai vacation. There was 4 or us (2adults, 2kids) and the place had plenty of room. The Beach supplies were fantastic. It was nice not having to rent that stuff elsewhere. Brennecke’s beach was a short 7-10min walk and perfect for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks!

This place was exactly what our family wanted for our 10 day vacation. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on different levels was perfect. The location is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Maylene responded quickly to questions, checked in a few times, and provided a comprehensive list of things to do and places to go.

Our family of four loved our stay! Such a beautiful condo with so many personal touches that made us feel right at home. Perfect stay for our time in Kauai!
