A haven of peace nestled between the lake and the mountains, our 170 m² family villa is situated in Doussard, at the southern end of Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

Our house is located on the hill of Annecy-le-Vieux, 10 minutes' drive from Annecy city center, at the foot of the mountains and hiking trails Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance and parking; It is dual-aspect with a dining area, garden furniture and BBQ on the south side, and on the other you will enjoy a moment of idleness around the large swimming pool and its wooden deck, or in the shade of the large willow.
