Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pokolbin

Had a very enjoyable two night stay. Attention to detail was impeccable. Breakfast allocation was more than expected, as well as there being plenty of firewood supplied. Address suited where we wanted to base ourselves for the weekend, out of the hustle and bustle of the more popular accommodation in Pokolbin. Can highly recommend.

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. Our stay was simply PERFECT. Lynn is a super host, and the property was so well equiped. I stayed there for a much needed girls night, and we were all amazed at how well stocked the house was and how beautifully renovated and clean. And to top it all off a gorgeous enclosed back garden for my fur baby. We will definitely be back 🙌

We had a wonderful family vacation at Susan’s place! Her house was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Susan was also very accommodating and responsive to all our needs, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! DJDVE

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a lovely stay with everything needed to make our stay more comfortable.

The house was absolutely spotless, very clean and comfortable- a home away from home. Loved the extra touches of bacon/eggs in fridge for breakfast, and washing liquid etc. Also plentiful kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment. The owner also turned heating on for us so house was toasty on arrival. Multiple TVs so family could spread out which was great! Found the house to have the extra touches that many air bnbs don’t provide- we were there for State Rugby, so at the end of a long day was lovely to have such a comfortable house to relax in. Would highly recommend this property.

Brian was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group stay. So many extras included. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. Thanks Brian we loved our stay and definitely would come back

This house was perfect while working locally and thank you for accommodating me. Had everything I needed and more. Is a great space and I enjoyed being able to work on my computer with that view of the water.

We've stayed in Jean's apartment a number of times and have always found it warm and comfortable, with lots of light in the rooms and a very well stocked kitchen including supplied food items (bread, variety of cereals, fruit, eggs, yogurt, milk, teas, etc.). Also, comfortable beds with electric blankets, central heating and book, magazines, TV (with Netflix) and board games. We would highly recommed Jean's place!

We had a great time at Kate's place. Place is very clean and the ammenties were great. The location was prefect, very short walk from shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located right next to the Newcastle Interchange, so even had the option to catch the lightrail for easy access to the beach or to restaurants and bars.

A fantastic stay. The extra touches including a hot and cold breakfast, soaps, gels, shampoo were a lovely touch. The home was private, comfortable and felt like home straight away. Also, it was awesome having Netflix. Highly recommended!

Park Haven flat was lovely for our overnight stay. Darius and Edyta were friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Park Haven if staying in the Morrisset area.

The hospitality of this locations was unbeatably unmatched and felt more personal and accommodating than hotels. From the locatiom being incredibly well put together with its impeccable interior design, it becomes clear the place is a passion project more than anything. I couldn't sing my praises high enough for the cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, services and incredible standard of hospitality set by this one visit. My stay was absolutely incredible and would highly highly reccomend it in future.

Great and easy check in and out. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Walking distance to the supermarkets and food outlets.

My stay at Maree's was fabulous, Maree has thought of everything, the extras were amazing. If you found yourself away from home and forgot an essential Maree has you covered. I would definitely come back again

Since the owner was out of the country his son managed the property. He was really helpful and easy to be contacted. They provide bread, cereal and other basic stuffs to prepare the breakfast. All the utensils and other stuffs were labled properly. Overall good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Brad’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Brad was a wonderful host — super responsive, thoughtful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect and everything was just as described. My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Leconfield House and Richard and Mark. We are still raving about how wonderful it was from the ease of finding the place, the communication, how gorgeous the house/gardens and our room was, the amazing breakfast the next day...everything was perfect. Highly recommend if you need some time to yourself, the room is stunning, private and has everything you need to relax. All the goodies offered are delicious. Beverly is such a beautiful lady who makes the stay extremely comfortable with her friendly nature.

Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Laura, who was staying nearby, was an absolute gem. She was incredibly kind, respected our privacy, and even prepared a lovely breakfast for us in the morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole experience was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Ian and Sandy were very hospitable and lovely people. The Airbnb was even nicer than the photos. Lots of extras included. Many breakfast cereals to choose from. Milk, jam etc. The bed was very comfortable with beautiful linen. Reclining leather chair was a lovely bonus. A really comfortable and spacious space to relax in. Outdoor area was a nice touch, with a well looked after garden to enjoy. The place was nicely furnished. Walking distance to Bar Beach and Newcastle East beach. Darby Street was close by with so many eateries. A perfect spot to enjoy for 5 days.
