Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Charming year-round house directly on Lake Morzycko – perfect for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends by the grill. Fully equipped and heated, offering comfort in every season. The lake is in a quiet zone, so you can relax without motorboats or jet skis. A rowboat and kayak are included. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

The pine forest will feed all your senses... the sweet smell of resin, the soothing noise and a large panoramic window that will allow you to feast your eyes on the view of the evergreen tree crowns. The cottages are fully equipped and have a unique and exceptional atmosphere. Each cottage is located on a 3.5-acre plot, fenced and provides 4 beds. Our charming wooden cottage is located on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and extremely picturesque area near the Mucharski Lake. Surrounded by a large garden, it's the perfect haven for those who want to relax in nature, amidst the buzz of trees and the singing of birds. It's also a great base for walks, mountain hikes, and bike tours along the shores of the lake. The cottage is located in Stryszów, close to Krakow (1h), Wadowic (15min), Oświęcimia (45min) and Zakopane (1h30min).
