I invite you to our cottage, let relaxation in the jacuzzi and sauna and walks in the surrounding forests and meadows allow you to forget for a moment.... The 1300 sqm plot and 80 sqm house (for max. 8 people) are available for guests. The cottage has a bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, two rooms upstairs, parking, fire pit and barbecue, trampoline, Jacuzzi, sauna. The river is 200 meters away. In the autumn and winter season, the cottage is heated by a fireplace and additional stoves. There may be temperature differences.

The only apartment in the Main House is at your disposal. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining room and living room with TV. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed, a bathroom and a second living room with 2 folding corner beds and a second TV. The spa area is available to all guests. The sauna is accessed through a shared corridor, and the Jacuzzi is located in the garden. Booking is required and it is exclusive for this time

The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation.
