È dotato di cucina, climatizzatore, stufa radiante, lavatrice, TV, Wi-Fi, ambiente esterno con tavolo, sedie, barbecue e lavabo. Comodo per tre persone, possibilità di aggiungere il quarto posto letto. A disposizione due biciclette per raggiungere la spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, passeggiare sul lungomare o fare compere nel centro cittadino. Parcheggio privato semi coperto.
