House holiday rentals in Polignano a Mare

Great host. Very helpful and welcoming. We would fly on the day of our departure at 10:20 p.m. and we had to from our cottage in the morning. I woke up sick and asked if we could stay a little longer today. The cottage was already rented out so we could not stay there, but Geatano offered us his own cottage on the grounds and we were allowed to stay there free of charge until our flight left. Great and thanks again

he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

We stayed in this villa for 4 nights,what to say simply fantastic,Emanuela helped us in everything,tips, recommendations,super helpful. We really had a great time and in total relaxation. We had a wonderful stay at Torretta Le Feritoie in Fasano, Puglia. The house is just as beautiful as the photos — if not better! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped, including great air conditioning. We loved the second bedroom in the upper tower, which offered both independence and easy access to the main house. Breakfast under the pergola, surrounded by olive trees and cacti, was a daily highlight. The pristine swimming pool was a rare and welcome treat. The peaceful location near Fasano gave us tranquility while being close to shops and pharmacies. Luca was incredibly kind and attentive, and we especially appreciated the homemade mulberry jam he gifted us. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

We have just returned home to the UK , having spent a week at Natasha & David's villa . It is simple, retaining many of the original features of the property . Well appointed , fantastic air conditioning, lovely pool . Really beautifully finished inside, comfy beds and lovely bed linen . It is very private but not too far from anywhere, lots of choice within a 10-20 minute drive . The area has retained its original character and charm. The villa allows you to completely switch off. There are two really friendly cats at the property who are no bother and stay outside but appreciate a cuddle and some food and water ! David was really helpful and attentive and really speedy with responses . We had a faultless week, worth every penny . We fully intend to go back .

We absolutely loved our stay in Antonella’s property, it was the PERFECT location - walking distance to everything and in a gorgeous pocket. Highly recommend staying here ☺️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Chantal and Antonella were absolutely fabulous hosts, and I can highly recommend Falcomarino as a great place to stay. Well located for both old town proximity and access to the train station, great to have the whole property and lots of lovely outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy. Chantal was really responsive and easy to work with, always available to help us out when needed. Hopefully we get to come back soon!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

A Host Family That Feels Like Home – Unforgettable Stay Our stay at Filomena’s was beyond special. We arrived late at night and were greeted warmly by her entire family. Her son Elio helped translate everything, and her husband even offered to swap cars with us to avoid parking issues—unbelievable kindness. The apartment was spotless, but it was their generosity that made this visit unforgettable. When our rental car was unexpectedly towed, Filomena and her daughter Martina spent nearly an hour helping us search, then stayed with us through the entire retrieval process—paying fines, driving to a remote lot—all while juggling other guests. They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. If you have the chance to stay here, take it—you’ll experience hospitality that truly stays with you. Grazie di cuore ❤️

Fabulous location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the buskers below, people watching. Right in the heart of the old town. Free parking 10 minutes away so all very convenient. The roof terrace is lovely at all times of day. Sunsets, sunrises and chilled mornings. Everything was as described and very homely. Note - The stairs are steep and uneven - you might be worried with someone who is not so able but we were fine. (Couple with 2 teenagers).

Thank you Angele and Vito for a wonderful stay, you were very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions very quickly. The apartment is beautiful and unique, spotlessly clean. Was very easy to find and check in. Great location to walk to polignano historic centre, various beaches, and the train station. We had a fantastic stay and are sad to be leaving. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We had a wonderful stay at Dario’s place. The terrace was perfect and we had all the equipment we needed for having lunch there. The location is perfect, a short step to the old town and beach. We enjoyed breakfast at Ottavia’s the bakery on the same street (to the left out the door), the pasticiotti were fantastic! We really enjoyed a boat trip of the caves. We would highly recommend this Air B&B

Antonellas place is just perfect, comfortable and big enough. It is just like the photos! Good kitchen and peaceful space, really good decorated. Antonella was also flexible with the check in, and we really appreciated that.

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

Great apartment and is a 5 minute walk from the main street and beach. If you are hiring a car, parking is available which was very handy. The apartment was large and well equipped. Francesco met us on arrival and was very helpful, always contactable when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Anna and Alessandro’s beautiful villa was the perfect stay, The villa itself was exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Anna was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions, she gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to visit which we loved, The villa is perfectly located if you are travelling through puglia by car, central to Monopoli, Alberobello and Polignano a mare, and even great to day trip to Matera or Ostuni as we did during our stay Overall an excellent stay we would love to visit again :)

Loved our time at Rossella’s apartment, she is so lovely and her place was pristine. The location was very central but it was also quiet at night. We will definitely be back ☺️

Ostuni is beautiful as is Carla’s place a short three minute walk to the centre. Carla’s place is beautiful with great furnishings and tastefully decorated. Great attention to detail - charging leads at each side of each bed for example. The terrace is great. Carla is very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
