Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Polignano a Mare

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Fabulous place to stay, had everything we needed for a weeks stay in Puglia. Massimo has thought of everything and was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left, his attention to detail was outstanding. I could fault anything. The location is fantastic, couldn’t have asked for better 😊

Available, attentive and very kind host! Authentic accommodation in a very good location in the heart of the historic center, near shops and restaurants. It's alive! And we still enjoy the calm in this little alley. A successful stay in Puglia, a beautiful region!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Martino and his Airbnb… where do I begin. Martino provided an experience that was unlike any other experience I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s genuinely hard to put into words. Despite the home itself being spacious, comfortable and peaceful for 3 adults; Martino truly puts his all into making you feel at home and like family. He prepared us delicious meals multiple times, was always looking out for us, told us the heartwarming story and history of the trullo that he renovated into the modern Airbnb you’ll sleep in BY HAND. This is a special place, one that you will never forget. If you’re looking for an authentic Puglian farm experience and impactful memories that will last, stay here. But know, Martino is a massive part of it. We will never forget the details of our stay at La Casa Di Silvestro! Staying here made our memory of puglia better than we could have prepared for.

We had a wonderful stay at Torretta Le Feritoie in Fasano, Puglia. The house is just as beautiful as the photos — if not better! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped, including great air conditioning. We loved the second bedroom in the upper tower, which offered both independence and easy access to the main house. Breakfast under the pergola, surrounded by olive trees and cacti, was a daily highlight. The pristine swimming pool was a rare and welcome treat. The peaceful location near Fasano gave us tranquility while being close to shops and pharmacies. Luca was incredibly kind and attentive, and we especially appreciated the homemade mulberry jam he gifted us. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Carla was an amazing host, meeting us on arrival and explaining all the apartment amenities and local information. Our stay was perfect, would definitely stay again if we return.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Nicola was so nice and responsive to all our messages. Nicole came to meet us at check-in which was very easy. The location is very walkable to the historic area, close to train station and a supermarket on the corner of the building. Highly recommend staying at Nicola's place if you are visiting Bari.

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. It’s not an issue in comparison to the Magic’s

Domenico’s place was in a fantastic location for exploring Polignano while still being quiet and private. The AC was great after a warm day as well!

The apartment is very comfortable. Walking distance from the historic center. Clean, spacious and very well maintained. We had plenty of free parking in front of the apartment. Well connected with the highway cars to visit other places. Francesco is very predisposed to check in and check out. The Caffe Italia in front of the apartment was really great. It's worth ordering dessert and coffee

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

Serena was very helpful in giving us the necessary directions and also many tips on restaurants, places to visit or activities. She is very well organized in managing check-ins and welcoming guests. The house has everything you need and is really a pleasant place to spend a few days in peace. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace with a table, deck chairs and sea view!

Beatrice’s place was very spacious & in a great location close to everything. The restaurant & bar downstairs is quite noisy but closes as midnight so only affects early to bed people. We would stay again if we come back to Monopoli. Many thanks Carole

Ezio's place was even more charming in person! I loved the marble and the historical details. It was a great home base for exploring Puglia by train, as the Marconi station is a short walk. The apartment is in a less touristy, more local neighborhood which I also really liked: there is a pharmacy right across the street and little food markets/cafes/shops around the corner, and it's a short walk to the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning. If I come back to Bari, I would definitely stay here again. There's also a small elevator which is great if you have heavy bags or steps are a bit difficult. The shower is a handheld shower which is good to know if that's not your favorite! Ezio was super responsive, even though my flight got in quite late. He made great recommendations for the city/nearby locales. Grazie!

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is truly livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with a rare availability, we will return very soon and we will recommend it to anyone

Stefano’s airbnb is the best airbnb we have stayed in. We were able to drop our bags before check in. The bottle of wine was great. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and watched the fireworks from the terrace. He was helpful in finding us a taxi too. I highly recommend

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the stunning cliffs, charming old town, and delicious local restaurants. Our host Adriana went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, offering local tips and being available whenever we had questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

Awesome stay. Really nice terrace area, though it’s hard to tell in the photos where it ends and the neighbouring property starts. We were greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome. Washing machine came in handy and the kitchen was well equipped. Comfy space. Very close to food, shops and the popular wharf area. Would stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay here. Rossella was very friendly and responsive to our messages, with helpful local recommendations. The apartment was very clean, spacious, had a lovely view to the Teatro and was close by to cafes, shops, restaurants and the old town. We will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Bari!
