Apartment on the beachfront, with impressive views of the sea and the entire bay of Playa de Arinaga. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, with capacity for 4 people. It has a small terrace and balcony, ideal for relaxing while contemplating and listening to the sound of the sea. It has free Wi-Fi and full bathroom and kitchen; perfect for couples and families. Fully equipped. The 91 m² apartment is bright and exterior, located on the beachfront with sea views. Please note that each additional traveler must pay an additional fee per person per night, which is added to the base price of the reservation. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and TV. The open-plan kitchen features a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

65 sqm penthouse, recently renovated by us, with a large terrace of about 100 sqm equipped with a shower, a barbecue is available for guests. 15 minutes from the airport, public services and pharmacy are 250 meters away, supermarket 30 meters away (open every day); the various bars, restaurants, are located in the main avenue of the village reachable in 2 minutes walking. The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

La Señorita is located in a prime location within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis.
