Monthly Rentals in Poljana

Had a lovely stay. A lovely little apartment nested in a group of traditional homes, half way up a hill. Katarina and her mum were so helpful and kind. The apartment had everything needed for cooking. It was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable too. The terrace was big, and had sea view and lots of sunshine. Short walk downhill to cafes, bars and supermarket.lots of lovely places to swim in the crystal clear water. You have to be OK with walking, or rent a car as there are no taxis or local buses. There are buses that go to other places on the island though.There is one taxi company 12km away.

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger. Good location directly on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the preseason, you can spend a nice and quiet holiday there. Many thanks to the dear hostess.

The apartment was amazing , close to lots of amenities and within walking distance to beaches and Preko. Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay here and will be back. Thanks Matea for being a great host!
