Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Poljanak

Adriana was a wonderful host, offering lots of help prior to and during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, right near the market and well equipped for us to cook some good meals. It was also great to be able to walk to the park.

Lovely accommodation, even better than the photos! Lots of space both inside and outside on the terraces. A very well equipped kitchen with spacious clean bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again .

Very nice condo close to Plitvice Park. We were able to leave our bags in the room to explore the park before check in.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Luka was a great host—he welcomed us warmly with a drink on arrival and was quick to help when we had a small issue with the sound system. We especially loved the grill house, where we ended up spending most of our time relaxing and enjoying meals. As a special touch, Luka even brought us some delicious homemade sausage, which was such a treat. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful place with great view everything we needed our stay very friendly.

A hidden gem close to the lakes. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house is located in the country side, so you have a feeling of being surrounded by nature, while still being close enough to some small towns that have restaurants. It was around 40min drive to the lakes. We loved the jacuzzi and the sauna overlooking the winery, it was great to spend the evenings there. One small remark: the stairs are very small, so if you have any difficulties it might be challenging to go upstairs, but for us this was perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very cozy, quiet place and nicely decorated. We were greeted by a very nice hostess with fruit from her garden. We will be happy to come back.

Very friendly and accommodating hostess, we were invited to barbecue together on the first evening and a delicious surprise was waiting for us in the fridge. Garage with direct access to the apartment was very helpful.

This place is great. Better than the photos. Would definitely recommend staying here. Having an aircon in the summer is also nice The only thing I would tell the host is that the WiFi signal in the apartment is poor, so the internet was very unreliable and at times didn’t work. This is a fixable problem though. We ended up using our phones as a hotspot which worked fine since there is good signal

The house was clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms with toilet and shower, plus two bedrooms between them toilet and bath. Milne was helpful and pleasant

This is highly recommended! What a wonderfully cozy and super neat and clean apartment. Mario, Nataly and daughter Hanna are so incredibly sweet, caring and hospitable. They are ready for you every day and are happy to have a chat with you! Mario is also happy to let you have a drink of his own homemade liqueur. The apartment is so cozy and really equipped with every comfort. We had the small apartment and were 10 with father, mother and daughter. It was very pleasant even for a short stay. You wouldn't say it from the outside but it's really a small resort with a jacuzzi, a sports part, berth and various chill spots. The family is also very caring and they will make sure you stay does nothing too short! Nataly came on the last day with a shelf full of delicious local delicacies that we really enjoyed. There are also good restaurants nearby and the supermarket is almost opposite the apartment. There is also a Ranch 5 min away where you can take a wonderful outdoor ride on horseback. You can reach the waterfalls by car in about 15 minutes. In short, there is plenty to see and do from the apartment. We would recommend this to everyone!!!! For our 4-day stay, we give apartment HANNA an 11 out of 10 😉

The accommodation is very new, very clean and really luxuriously equipped. We were received in a very friendly manner. The parking space is good for two larger cars. We slept very well, the beds are very comfortable. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the filled refrigerator (beer, milk, water...) and the great fruit basket. Such a thing is rare! From there, you can comfortably walk to the waterfalls in 20 minutes. A small supermarket is also just around the corner. The house is not located on a busy street, so it is extremely quiet. In warm weather, it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace. It's warmer there than down by the water.
