Next to the houses, there is a chillout zone with sand, sun loungers and a hammock. A few steps to the lake with an intimate public beach, 2 minutes to the forest. Enclosed fenced area with two cottages. In the area we recommend numerous bicycle and walking paths.

The hot tub on the terrace is available for a fee of PLN 180 per day, and we turn it on for a minimum of 2 days. An ideal place to relax from the city noise, lots of beautiful forest and mountainous areas, the Bóbr river, a horse farm, a bicycle path, hiking trails, many monuments, castles. This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you would like to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. Onboard: a kitchen with a living room overlooking the water, bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, sunny terraces, underfloor heating, air conditioning with a heating function, and independent gas heating for winter.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

The accommodation consists of a dressing room and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and a toilet at the entrance.
