Had a wonderful time at Janet's place. She's very kind and accomodating, the photos of the listing also give it justice. Very clean and in the perfect location. Parking spot is perfect for a sedan, and be careful and mindful with maneuvering out. Thank you Janet!

John's guest home was perfect for my family's Disney Vacation! The area was peaceful and quiet. They have a private yard which was perfect for our dog. Great area to walk him too! It was super close to Disneyland so we didn't have to worry about going far when we were dead tired from our day's adventures. The place was pristine and spacious; perfect for the three of us and our dog. Beds were super comfortable and shower was a great welcome after a long day at the parks. John is also very easy to get in touch with and makes sure you have everything you need! Would totally stay here again!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

Bryant and Margaret were excellent hosts! Their guesthouse is comfortable, quiet, and in an extremely convenient location. I stayed for several weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, with the perfect out door area. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed.

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

Lovely one night stay! The guest house was much more spacious than the photos conveyed. Suzanne was welcoming and the property was beautiful. I used the pool and the hot tub, got to do some yoga, and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a year. It was peaceful and rejuvenating. I also went for a horseback ride in the morning which made a one day trip extra magical. Highly recommend!

Definitely will be staying here next time! Neighbor is quiet so we can get a peaceful rest after a long day. The host is proactive and very kind. It’s a plus that we have a designated parking space so we don’t have to find street parking as well. It’s 30 mins to la or disneyland. Overall a great place.

I had a great stay at Jana's place with my 5 year old toddler. We had minor issue with wrong keypad during checkin. But Jana was responsive and we figured it out. The house is small, quite, clean and cozy. Kitchen had good amenities for light meal preps. The outdoor garden is beautiful. Jana was sweet to add a small step stool for my daughter and also gave us some toys for her to play with. My daughter was excited and noticed the small details.

I loved this Airbnb and the hosts! It was a perfect little studio just for me while I was visiting for work. The hosts were very kind and incredibly friendly and helpful. 10 outta 10. The place is right next to their home but I still had all the privacy I needed/wanted and I knew that if I needed any help or anything, I could ask! I’d go back if the opportunity presents itself again. 💕

This was a very nice place to stay at. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The koi pond was spectacular and it was very peaceful listening to the water at night. The space was small, but everything was extremely clean, well kept, and up-to-date. It's the perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep (bed might be too small for the taller folk).

My stay at David's was AWESOME!!!! Loved meeting Marshall, the videos and ambiance was second to none and it felt of I have known David for years. I look forward to visiting California again and staying at David & Marshall's and Get Well Soon Marshall🙏❤️😊

The place was absolutely beautiful! You can tell ken and jen put a lot of love and care into the place. would absolutely recomend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Riverside. added bonus the dogs were absolutely adorable.

Serena has a sweet little place in a great neighborhood. Comfy bed with small helpful details in the room. Just what you need if you’ll be out most of the day as I was. It’s so nice to be able to do laundry before coming home too! The neighbors made a little noise the first night but after that it was quiet. Great value for this area. I’d stay again.
