Holiday rentals with beach access in Ponce Inlet

Absolutely wonderful stay with gorgeous views. Easy to find and to check in. Watched a wedding ceremony on the beach, multiple cars get stuck lol, picturesque sunrises, an incredible thunderstorm encompassing the resort and then Crabby Joe's (the restaurant on the pier-walkable-great food and atmosphere!) followed by a double rainbow, and not to mention the sunset views to the west from the corner of the balcony.

Thanks for opening your home to us. We enjoyed the amazing location and the ability to walk outside and be on the beach each day. The room had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

The Unit and Peck Plaza Building are very nice with great views and a great 2 story oceanfront sundeck. I loved the earlier than normal check in of 2:00 and the laundry machines in the Unit. Views of the coastline are fantastic. I would love to stay again!

Our family had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved the location on the beach. It was great to have the beach chairs, cabana, and other items for the beach right there. Bathrooms and sleeping spaces were perfect. We would stay again! Thank you.

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. The property itself was very nice and it was a quiet area. We ran into a couple people that helped the owners out with their property and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we had no occasion to talk to the owners, they obviously took pride in their property and were quick to get back with correspondence. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we had very nice stay.

Great stay at this location on the beach! Such a great find on such short notice. Super responsive hosts and great size for our family of six!

BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot to have a quiet getaway with many local restaurants, stores, and activities within driving distance! We will definitely consider staying here again. The master bathroom shower was HUGE and beautiful, and the living room space allows many to watch a movie together comfortably.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

Beautiful home walking distance from the Ocean. Matched description. Very clean and organized. Responsive and kind host. My one critique is as a visit with 4 adults and 2 children for 4 nights we only had one additional roll of toilet paper and one additional trash bag that led to us having to buy some. We did not message our host, if we did I'm sure he would have gave us more. I also understand people tend to take extra things, but maybe two additional for longer stays and more people would be nice.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

I’m going to tell you everything you need to hear. I ubered here from SFB. It was only $67. Plus tip, of course. I didn’t rent a car because everything you need to do is literally right here, if you’re here for beach activities. This location is everything. And they made sure we had everything we needed, right down to the mini bottles of wine that took care of my nervous energy. Thank you for everything! If I’m ever in town, without a doubt, I’ll look here first.

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Easy to see why Florence is a “superhost”. Her responsiveness is incredible! She responded in minutes of my questions. Not hours, or next day, but minutes. Wish every host was like Florence! The property was as described. Great location. I would recommend and will definitely book again when staying in the area. Thank you Florence!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. This unit/location was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning & evening ‘chilaxin’ everyday and walking on the beach every morning. Just beautiful! Very comfy & cozy stay in amazing Daytona Beach Shores!
