Bring your boat, fishing gear, surf board, paddleboard and bicycle. There is no other property (waterfront/dock/pool/hot tub...) in Ponce that can compare! With immediate access to Ponce Inlet, Deepwater Dock, 9K lb Boat Lift (can be requested for long term guests)…..World Class fishing doesn't get any easier! Located at the southernmost tip of Ponce Inlet, our home, is one of only five waterfront homes on a beautiful protected cove overlooking Disappearing Island and its amazing sunsets.

We are family oriented and have a pull out couch for the kids and a large fenced in yard so your pets can frolic. Use the grill and sit in the gardens. Soak in the hot tub. Take the bicycles and discover the town. Use the kayaks, beach umbrellas/chairs, and fishing equipment and take advantage of our beautiful outdoors

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay, this bright, spacious home is directly across the street from the beach. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 & comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and beach gear for your enjoyment. Easily bike or walk to grocery stores, shops, restaurants & bars. Bookings received starting 1/19/21, $150 refundable deposit required for parties of 6 or more.
