Beach condo was amazing! Condo was spacious, quiet, well stocked, and clean. King and queen beds were very comfortable, however the twin beds squeaked a bit. The pool and gas grills were a huge hit with the family. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach (4 year old daughter didn't complain once)! I would definitely recommend Peter's condo and would stay here again!

Condo was beautiful and Doina was very helpful and responsive!! We were in town for the Rockville festival and it was a very convenient location. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

This condo was gorgeous—very spacious and felt like home away from home. Our family enjoyed time together but we weren’t on top of each other. We will definitely book again! The host was very friendly and the condo was in a great location!

The view was amazing!!! Nothing like enjoying your cup of coffee with this view! We even saw a whale swimming by one day! Wow!!

This place was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient. It was 5 min walk across street to New Smyrna Beach( which was nice because you have to pay in the area to park). Bob provided all conveniences of home. Even had toaster and kids cups! Grocery store less then 1 minute away (Dollar Market) and Publix up street. Best little restaurants in area, And Daytona only half hour drive for more activities. If you like nature walks and kayaking and not crowded beach this is perfect location. Bob even had all the things for beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels and even kids toys! Having a pool and spa was so nice. We enjoyed our 5 night stay in June 2025 for our family vacation. We hadn’t been to Florida in 16 years and never this area. Bob responded with any questions we had and suggestions for area. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

We had to stay a couple nights last minute due to a family member's health on our way back north. Communication was very good with Chris, and he addressed a few hiccups promptly and fairly. The house was as pictured and was clean on arrival. A few things to point out, the house is very close to Main Street, and on a busy side street. Walking to the beach is a little over 10 min, shops and boardwalk are very close as the location is convenient. We had dinner at a nice restaurant across the street on the river, and there is a lot of nightlife along Main St. This would be an ideal location for Bike Week. The back patio wasn't set up as pictured, but we weren't going to sit outside anyway due to the heat. This was a good place to rest up for a couple days, we enjoyed our stay.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Our stay for bike week was amazing. Great location to venture out in either direction for bike week events and locations. Clean and welcoming house with plenty of rooms.

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!
