Holiday rentals with beach access in Pong

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

was a great unit and the main bed was very comfortable not the usual rock hard beds u get in air b and be. the views were absolutely amazing. I have travelled alot and would be probly the best place I have stayed

Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. The villa is very cost-effective.Among all the villas I've stayed in Pattaya, this price for a villa so close to the beach and within walking distance of the Central Night Market is really great, highly recommended

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Very good Villa and good services

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . Property and additional amenities, pool gym hot tub etc all excellent and as described. Would highly recommend and stay here again! Host always helpful and replied quickly.
